It is a good idea to bring your insect repellent when you come to the Caribbean.

Although malaria is not a problem in the Caribbean, but there was little issue in the archipelago Dominican Republic and Haiti.
Namely dengue Fever. This is an unpleasant flu like virus that can although rarely prove fatal.

Also there is a problem with midges in the Caribbean, they do not seem so small but they are violent with blood.
Each midges bite and suck blood, causing a little itchy-itchy feeling and that is not comfortable.

And for those who may be allergic swelling and holidays will not be fun.

It is recommended you take mosquito nets for all your family members to sleep under at night.

Insect repellents are also recommended for the same reasons, when out walking you definitely need protection even on the beach.
